1. Countertop:

Put the milk, sugar, oil and honey on the fire until the sugar dissolves, then remove from the heat and incorporate 2 beaten eggs, mixing well. In a bowl put flour (3 parts) and pour the liquid and baking powder. quenched with amaia juice. Slowly add the rest of the flour until you get a hard dough. Divide the dough into 4 parts (I divided it into 3 because I baked in the large pan on the stove, but it's easier divide into 3 parts and use a smaller tray). Grease a tray with oil (on the back) and spread the sheets the size of the tray. Bake for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.

2. Cream:

The milk is mixed with the sugar and heated in a saucepan, then add the semolina gradually until you get a hard cream. Leave to cool, and when it is completely cooled add a tablespoon of butter rubbed the foam. 3 parts and in one of the parts put cocoa, but if you do like me you put cocoa in 2 parts.

3. Assembly:

for 4 sheets: Spread 1/2 of the white cream, foil, black cream, foil, white cream, foil on the first sheet. Leave at room temperature until the next day with a weight on top.

for 3 sheets:Sheet, black cream, foil, white cream, foil. Leave overnight at room temperature with a weight on top, in the morning cut in half in width, spread black cream on one of the sheets and overlap the other half so that the white cream comes on top! Put the weight back and leave for a few more hours.
