Fried cheese

After a few attempts, we also managed to make breaded cheese, without the cheese leaking or deforming, as we usually did. The secret? I kept the cheese in the freezer to harden it before preparing it.

  • 200 g Delaco cheese
  • 1 or
  • White flour
  • biscuit

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cheese bread:

I cut the cheese into slices about 1 cm thick.

I prepared flour, breadcrumbs and egg (beaten).

I gave the cheese slices through the flour, then through the egg, after which I repeated: once more through the flour, once more through the egg, taking care to cover even the edges.

I put the cheese in breadcrumbs, covering it absolutely everywhere, so that, when I fry it in the pan, it doesn't leak.

I say I did pretty well.
