Rich Simple Syrup

Rich simple syrup is every bit as easy to make as “regular” simple syrup, but it features a higher ratio of sugar to water for extra sweetness in your cocktails. Try it in a Daiquiri or our perfected version of the Amaretto Sour.

  • 2 cups granulated sugar (or demerara sugar for extra richness)
  • 1 cup water
  1. Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

  3. Let cool, then pour into a glass jar and seal tightly with a lid.

Rich simple syrup will keep, refrigerated, for about one month.
