This sophisticated sherry-and-tequila cocktail proves that the agave spirit can be elegant.

• 1 1/2 oz Partida reposado tequila
• 1 1/2 oz Domecq manzanilla sherry
• 3/4 oz Mathilde pear liqueur
• Garnish: Lemon twist

1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir.

2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
