For me, pasta is the delight of Italian cuisine. I simply adore them and every time I want a quick and tasty meal I make pasta. What is wonderful about them is that anything is allowed. There are dozens, hundreds of combinations, recipes and everyone in his kitchen can afford anything, it all depends on taste.
