I put the Philips cooker to work, I got used to cooking with it.
We clean and wash the vegetables.
We wash the fish and clean it of skin and any bones, then quickly chop it in the car.
Grate 1 carrot, chop 1 onion, a few sprigs of parsley and put over the chopped fish. Add a handful of washed rice and salt. Break and beat 1 egg and put it over the fish composition. Mix well and then refrigerate for half an hour.
We turn on the appliance or put a large pot on the fire.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Grate the carrot, chop the onion and bell pepper and sauté them with a pinch of salt. I selected the Fry function, with 5 minutes of hardening.
After the vegetables are browned, add water and select the Boil function. Close the lid and prepare the meatballs. We put them in the pot to boil. Add salt and simmer for about 20 minutes. Separately boil the borscht with a little salt, then add it to the pot. Let it boil for a few more minutes, add a little parsley or larch if you have it and close the program or close your eyes. Leave the borsch covered until serving.
It is a goodness, refreshing, and the meatballs are so fluffy that they actually melt in your mouth.
